How this is calculated: the AffordableHOA subscription is a flat monthly price based on your unit count (see pricing). Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per online payment; that is Stripe's fee, not AffordableHOA's, and applies to card and bank payments processed through the platform. ACH/bank transfers can lower this cost for larger payments — this calculator uses Stripe's standard card rate as the default estimate.
